When you get caught in the rain, a little mist won’t hurt. Just shake off, dry naturally and keep it moving. Fun fact, natural fur does best in colder temperatures and stored in a dry space, away from sunlight.
If you find your recycled furry friend in need of a clean, be sure to use a furrier who will follow the care label instructions, effortlessly.  
Leather is easy. Just use a moist cloth and wipe away any residue. If you’re feeling the extra razzle dazzle, you can add coconut oil to your dampened cloth to provide your leather, NOT SUEDE, with added moisture.
It is highly suggested that all garments from, Klassic Kloth, go to the cleaners. They’re the professionals and can help tackle any imperfections your garments may have endured.

When can I expect my order? 
Items are MADE-TO-ORDER. It takes 4-5 weeks to construct and products will be dispatched as soon as they arrive to our DC. Please see the shipping window PRIOR to ordering. SEASON 1 Drops will ship December 1st.
We ship to the address provided by the customer. If you notice a mistake, you will need to contact us immediately, within 24 hours, for a correction. After the 24 hour period, your item will ship to the address listed on the original order.
We will NOT be responsible for lost or missing orders due to incorrect shipping addresses. Nor do we take responsibility for any items lost with the currier
Remember, these items are made-to-order and due to the intimate nature and materials used, our salvaged furs are considered FINAL SALE and may not be returned.
FAUX-FUR/VEGAN LEATHER FULL PRICE ITEMS ARE ELEGIABLE FOR RETURNS, within 7 days of receiving the item. Please note that the product must be returned unused, unworn and in the original packaging. Which includes hangtag, card, garment bag, dustbag & box. Original and return shipping cost will NOT be reimbursed. ** CUSTOMER IS RESPONSIBLE FOR RETURN SHIPMENT COST**

Will items restock?
Our products are produced in limited quantities, which allows us to maintain our ethical standards and sustainable contribution to the fashion industry. Gotta get it while it’s hot!! If a style receives a very high response, we will consider a recut.
What size should I order?
Please refer to the size guide on the product page of the item you are interested in. Always better to size up. If your size is not available, please message us directly, as we can accommodate extended sizes for an additional cost (depending on the grading). 

Can I exchange or return my order if it doesn’t fit?  
At this time we are unable to accommodate exchanges. Please email; for RA instructions.
