RETURN POLICY
ALL ITEMS ARE ELIGIBLE FOR RETURN FOR STORE CREDIT ONLY. NO REFUNDS.
KARRICA allows for any item to be returned within 3 days of receiving the item. Please note that the product must be returned unused, unworn and in the original packaging. Which includes hangtag, card, garment bag, dustbag and or box. Original and or return shipping cost will NOT be reimbursed. ** CUSTOMER IS RESPONSIBLE FOR RETURN SHIPMENT COST**
HOW TO RETURN YOUR ORDER?

ALL ORDERS SHIP SAME DAY, if ordered before 5pm Monday-Friday. Saturday and Sunday orders will ship Monday.
DOMESTIC SHIPPING:
ALL Domestic standard shipping is free.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:
We will gladly ship to anywhere in the world, unless there is a specific reason your country does not accept particular goods.
International Shipping charges are based on your choice of service during checkout.
Priority International is a flat rate of $30
Express International is a flat rate of $65
Please note: Some countries may charge additional duties and fees. Klassic Kloth is not responsible for any fees incurred by customs, tariffs, and taxes, it is the sole responsibility of the customer. Please check with your local customs office BEFORE making a purchase if you are concerned with fees.
When can I expect my order?
In stock items ordered before 5pm will ship the same day.

How can I cancel my order?:
In-stock items, an email must be sent before 5pm the day the order was placed, in order to be eligible for a cancellation.
PRE-SALE items can not be canceled, nor refunded. Pre-sale items can only be returned for store credit after they arrive.
We ship to the address provided by the customer. If you notice a mistake, you will need to contact us immediately, before 5pm the same day the order was placed, for a correction. Any contact after 5pm will ship to the address listed on the original order, thus releasing Klassic Kloth of any liability.
We will NOT be responsible for lost or missing orders due to incorrect shipping addresses. Nor do we take responsibility for any items lost with the currier. We are not responsible for customs and duties.
